Dr. Vamsi Chadalavada became president and CEO of ISO New England in January 2026 after 18 years as executive vice president and COO, overseeing power system operations, markets, planning, cybersecurity, and technology. He previously held leadership roles at Siemens and holds a master’s and doctorate in electrical and computer engineering from Iowa State University, along with numerous industry awards, publications, and leadership positions.

Robin Rorick is Vice President of Midstream Policy at the American Petroleum Institute (API), where he oversees energy infrastructure issues including the gathering, processing, storage, and transportation of oil and natural gas. Since joining API in 1996, he has held roles across communications, regulatory affairs, policy analysis, marine and security, and has worked on major environmental, safety, and transportation issues across the oil and gas industry.
